Can I build a full-stack app for free?
Yes. AppJet Free is enough for real full-stack development and most coding tasks. It includes the coding AI, private projects, GitHub and Supabase integrations, vulnerability scanning, and Cloudflare global edge deployment. There is no credit card requirement or trial expiry. Stockroom, the inventory app shown on this page, was built and deployed entirely on Free, with no paid virtual disk.
Does AppJet Free have a daily AI usage limit?
No. Free has a weekly allowance shared across projects, with no separate daily AI usage cap. That does not mean unlimited usage. Free uses the regular model, which can be overloaded during busy periods.
Do I need to buy AI credits or bring an API key?
No. The AI model for coding is included in every AppJet plan. There is no separate AI API subscription or additional credits to purchase for development. External APIs and services you choose to use in the application itself can have their own charges.
Do I own the code, and can I work on an existing project?
Yes. Your code remains yours. Connect a new or existing GitHub repository to build features, fix bugs, and continue development with AppJet. You can inspect the source and keep working with your repository outside AppJet.
When would I need a paid plan?
Free already covers building and deploying complete apps. Starter at $5 USD per month adds more usage, priority model access, custom domains, and virtual disk storage. Pro at $20 USD per month includes all Starter features, top priority model access, and 20× the usage capacity of Starter.
