The code-retention rule below applies to user code contained in any of these records. We do not retain code snippets in task history or model logs after the coding process is completed.
Where data is hosted and processed
AppJet data is hosted in the United States. Model inference is located in Canada: code and context needed to respond to your coding requests are processed there.
If you access AppJet from another country, using the service involves processing information in these locations. Services you connect, such as GitHub or Supabase, handle information under their own privacy policies and hosting arrangements.
Your code: ownership, processing, and retention
You retain ownership of your code. AppJet processes the code needed to carry out your authorized coding requests.
No user code is stored or retained after the coding process is completed. This applies to copies used for coding and inference, as well as code snippets in task history and model logs. Your code and interactions are not used for AI model training on any plan.
This removal does not delete code you choose to keep in GitHub or a running deployment. Those copies remain available for the repository or application you have chosen to maintain. You manage them through the relevant repository, deployment, or connected service.
Code removal also does not close your account or automatically delete non-code account, billing, support, security, or usage records. Those records serve the purposes described above. Contact us through Help in AppJet to ask about the information associated with your account or request deletion.
Connected services and service providers
AppJet uses service providers for hosting, model inference, payments, transactional email, and website measurement. They process information needed for their part of the service.
- GitHub provides sign-in and access to repositories you authorize.
- Supabase, when you connect it, handles the database and other features you choose to use through that integration.
- Stripe handles subscription checkout and payment processing.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and X provide website analytics and advertising measurement as described below.
You control which repositories and optional integrations you connect. Removing an integration from AppJet does not automatically delete information or cancel subscriptions held by that provider. You can also review and revoke access through the provider's own settings.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
The public website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, and X conversion-measurement tags. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to process information about visits, devices, and interactions. AppJet records website events such as clicks on sign-up links and plays of the introduction video to understand how visitors use the site.
When you follow a valid referral link, the website sets an appjet_referral_code cookie for up to 30 days. It preserves referral attribution when you continue to the AppJet application.
You can use your browser's settings to block or remove cookies and control tracking. Blocking cookies or scripts can affect referral attribution and some website functionality. The third-party services named above also provide their own privacy settings and policies.
Your choices and account requests
You can choose which repositories AppJet can access, manage connected integrations, and revoke their access in the relevant provider's settings.
To ask about your personal information, request access or a correction, or request account deletion, open Help inside AppJet. Include your GitHub username and enough information to identify the account and your request. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other secrets. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account request.
Deleting an AppJet account does not itself delete repositories or information held independently by connected services. Manage those copies with the relevant provider.
